Weiler Painting Limited Three Year Warranty

Our limited three year warranty is void in the  following conditions:

• Any work which was not performed by Weiler Painting
• Surfaces which were previously rotten or made of galvanized medal
• ordinary wear and tear
• structural deficits (ie cracks due to foundation sinking)
• evidence of abnormal wear tear due to human causes
• moisture content from behind the painted surface
• exact paint match (color fading is impossible to match)
• Horizontal surfaces that collect moisture by design
• evidence any mechanical or human abrasion

Repairs will be performed only on the specific areas where peeling or chipping has occurred.

 

For the Warranty to be Valid we need:

• contract was payed in full
• copy of original invoice
• pay for all materials needed for repair

 

Weiler Painting will do everything in its power to make you satisfied with the job and will give a reasonable effort to repair any deficiency that was a result of poor preparation or workmanship.  Any warranty claim that is determined to be with a specific product will be directed to  the paint manufacturer as most products we use also have a warranty on there product and specific performance expectations.
